Abac's first ever Weather Symposium included three speakers, who each spoke on different aspects of weather. Our guest speakers included: Parks Camp, a meteorologist and the science and operations officer for the National Weather Service forecast office in Tallahassee Florida. Jeff Newberry, our resident poet here at Abac, who's also a novelist and an award winning writer. Lastly Pam Knox, the director of the University of Georgia Weather Network and an agricultural climatologist.
